Bala Sahab Deoras Seva Prakalp-Syanachatti was established in April 2015 as per the need of the area. This service project has been established before Yamnotri Marg Ranachatti. This center is about 150 km away from Dehradun and about 28 km away from Barkot city. Due to the mountainous geographical conditions, this center is proving to be a boon for the people of this valley.
Through this center, health facilities are being provided to the people of Yamnotri Valley, and health camps are organized for the convenience of the pilgrims during the yatra period. Every month about 128 people are being provided health benefits by the health center.
Savad - Chamoli
This health center was opened in village Sawan, Dewal area of Chamoli, in March 2016. The geographical conditions of the Dewal area are not favorable. These health facilities are very far away. Due to a lack of health facilities in the mountains, people have to come to Dehradun and Rishikesh. Due to which the poor people of the area have to face economic conditions.
Keeping in mind the health facilities of the people of hilly areas, the committee has opened a health center in village Sawan of Dewal area. Through which the committee is providing primary health facilities to the people.

This health center is located 188 km away from the capital Dehradun, in the far north-west of Uttarkashi district, 12 km ahead of the headquarters of Mori Tehsil, adjacent to the border of Himachal Pradesh, near the village of Naitwad, situated at the confluence of Rupind and Supind, two perennial tributaries of the Tons river, on the Harkidun road.
This health center was established in July 2018. This health center is being operated along with Shri Danveer Karna Sevashram Keshavpuram, Natewad. Through this health center, health facilities are being provided to the people of Tons Valley.
